As a fourth-time mom, I didn't anticipate breastfeeding challenges. I met with Kylla when my baby was four days old, when extreme nipple pain was completely hindering my ability to breastfeed. To say that Kylla helped me would be an understatement. During our first in-home visit, she really took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with a variety of solutions which she outlined in a comprehensive care plan. She is very patient and wonderfully kind. I felt like I was not only being practically supported by someone very knowledgeable and professional, but also like I was being emotionally embraced by a compassionate friend. Kylla was always available over text messaging to answer any questions I had as they came up. She exponentially increased my confidence in my ability to breastfeed after nipple trauma, and I'm confident that my baby and I would not have made it as far in our breastfeeding journey if not for Kylla's guidance. Kylla took such good care of me and my little girl. Kylla is so sweet, took her time to explain everything and made 100% sure I was confident with our latching and feeding positions before she left.
